On August 18, 2012, @ 18:00 hours, Deanna Lee Trone and Kevin Ray Ash, Jr. said their "I Do's" at the spectacularly beautiful Hellenic Center in Lancaster, California. Deanna's grandfather, Dr. Dan C. Fore, commenced the ceremony, as he had done for Deanna's brother four years prior. It was a red letter moment, as her grandpa had just recovered from a massive heart attack less than three months earlier. In a bittersweet gesture, Deanna asked her mother, Denise, and her brother, Jonathon, to walk her down the aisle in her father's (Captain Bret Wayne Trone) stead, just nine months after her Daddy unexpectedly went to be with his Savior. Although we shed many tears, we also experienced much, much joy, because of our amazing God AND our fantastic family and friends. We were truly thankful to be able to share this special event with Kevin's parents, Gary and Debbie Sawade, as well. For those of you who joined in this poignant day with us, we are grateful for your love and support, and we love you dearly.
